Shipping policy

A series of emails will notify you on the status of your order every stage of the delivery process.

We ship with UPS Ground, and you will be able to follow your package using the UPS tracking number that is issued with your email confirmation.

Be sure to check your spam folder to ensure notifications get through.

All of our coffee is roasted to order Monday through Friday and we are currently working on a 1-4 business day lead time.
